I managed to get an extraction of the data (via sqllite odbc) of my oruxmapstracks.db in order to have a list of the data of my trails.

I have a question about the time related fields. There is a number in the "segtimemov" - "segtimeup" and "segtimedown" field.

I thought it was unix timestamp but it's not

I have, for instance, the number 9197363  for segtimemov that should be 5 hours 54 mins 53 secs
and I have 14432015 for segtimeup that should be 4 hours 0 mins 32 secs

the highest number refers to a lower time...   I'm confused...

any suggestions?

Sometimes I upload my gpx files to some online service like IBP or Wikiloc and I always get a difference in the total elevation gain and loss.

Oruxmaps tells me that I made 1060 meters and IBP and wikiloc are both around 1250

I use the sonny's DEM files and I apply the altitude correction based on DEM files after i stop the recording of the track.

Which is the correct number?

Since oruxmaps 9 GP when opening some path to internal memory the default file browser is used to open that path

example when I load some gpx track I have stored in my phone, the deafult file browser on my phone is opened to find that gpx file.

Is it possible to change the file browser used?   I use solid explorer which is way much better than the deafult one.

I finally receive the new version 9.0.2 and I migrate all the data when asked

But...

Dem files i have were not copied, track db were not copied, mapstyles were not copied  and there is a strange error when update map database (attachment)

I managed to copy by hand dem, mapstyles and track db and now they are present in the folder.

I download the new versions of openandromaps but there is still the error and I cannot load the map.

What happened?    I tried a beta version two months ago (and then unistalled) and everything worked fine

It's very nice the feature that you can send a SMS with the coordinates if the phone is not moving for XX minutes.

I use to switch the phone in Airplane mode when i'm in the mountain because the continue searching for the network draines the battery really quickly, expacially in poor network coverage like in the mountains.

it would be cool, if possible, that oruxmaps automatically toggle off the airplane mode and send the alert sms.

after saving the track the thumbnail is like the attachment. (on top)
if I save and import the same track the thumbnail is normal.

hello, there's a way to link my IBP account with oruxmaps ?

so that when I upload the file from oruxmaps goes to my account directly?

EDIT: there's the button "save to my trails" in the IBP page, that do the trick, but i did not find the direct integration with oruxmaps.
