Offline topo maps for USA

I am trying to find topo maps that I can download and use when offline.  In the United States, particularly Tennessee and Kentucky.  All the places I found to download topo maps all had borders around them.  Not usable in ORUX, especially when you tile neighboring maps on the screen.

Hi, still a need? If so, would Garmin maps solve your needs?
