Hello,

I purchased Orux maps before, but yesterday I was up in high mountain and needed a map I got a message "you need to purchase the application"
So how many times should I pay?
I am applying two screenshots.

P.S. Also it is very nice, that for a paid app there is no support, no email, no phone on the Oruxmap website... just some forum!

I'm sure it's a license verification issue with the store. Normally, it is resolved by restarting the app.

All apps have a contact email on Google Play (and on the other markets). Contact: support@oruxmaps.com

I do not use Google Play, but Huawei AppGallery, and nope, there's no email there!

P.S. There is an email somewhere here under the "privacy policiy" tab:

Privacy Policy:
OruxMaps has created the OruxMaps application as a commercial application. This Service is provided by OruxMaps and is designed to be used as is.
This page is used to inform visitors about our policies with the collection, use and disclosure of personal information in case someone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in connection with this policy. The personal information we collect is used to provide and improve the Service.
OruxMaps handles your information with care and takes its privacy policy seriously.
If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, do not access or use the services provided by OruxMaps.
This Privacy Policy applies to the OruxMaps Service, which consists of the OruxMaps mobile application and the oruxmaps.com website.
Collection and use of information
If you subscribe to paid services, for example to access featured maps, payment details for in-app purchases are handled by the Play Store, and can be accessed through the account section of that app of the store. OruxMaps can never access those payment details.
When you sign up for OruxMaps (not required for the mobile app to work), we collect your email address, a name, gender, and date of birth. We collect this information to uniquely identify you within the OruxMaps service, which allows you to log in and to be able to offer you some services, for example information on calories consumed while playing sports, if you consider it appropriate.
To select the email account associated with OruxMaps, the application accesses your accounts on the device. This is done to ensure that an account already registered and verified on the device is used.
You can choose to personalize your account by entering a photo, height, weight, maximum and minimum pulsations, VO2 maximum and a default activity type. All these data are used exclusively to calculate the intensity of your sports practice, and the calculation of calories.
OruxMaps identifies your mobile device using a unique OruxMaps identifier, which is destroyed if you uninstall the application.
OruxMaps also collects the name, model, and operating system of your device. This is to send anonymous information to oruxmaps.com, in case of error, in order to improve the application. You can disable this sending of anonymous information in the application configuration.
You can choose to create content within OruxMaps. This includes recording a track, plotting a route; plot a point of interest; adding a photograph and/or other type of data (video, sound, text).
OruxMaps collects location data to enable the recording function of your tracks, even when the app is closed or not in use. The application will only access the location data in the background when you expressly activate the recording of the route, and always indicating with an icon in the status bar that the app is recording your route in the background. At no other time will it access location data on that second plane. The app will ask, the first time you activate the GPS, permission to always access that sensor.
These data are saved on your device, they are not shared with anyone, unless you expressly use the option to upload your routes to one of the websites that offer this service and that collaborate with OruxMaps.
If you use the 'Multitracking' function, your locations are sent to the OruxMaps servers, and are kept on the server for a maximum of 1 hour, and are shared with those other users of the app that you expressly want to see their position and share your position with them. To favor the selection of the people with whom you want to share your position, OruxMaps will ask you for permission to access your contacts. From these contacts the application will obtain the email, name and photo, to use it on the map and to identify the person with whom it shares information.
The content you create (routes, tracks, points of interest) contains location data.
If you add photos to tracks, the photo may contain an embedded location, which is used to display the location of the photo on a map.
If you use the Multitracking feature, the locations and times you submit are logged to provide the service of sharing your position.
Your device requests your consent before OruxMaps uses the location for the first time, and you can withdraw that consent at any time through the device settings.
As with most services provided over the Internet, our servers automatically collect information when you access the OruxMaps Service and record it in log files. Registration data can include Internet Protocol (IP) address; the addresses of both the page visited and the previous page; detail of the service used; browser or device type and configuration; date and time the services were used; information about the browser or device settings; language; and cookie data. This log information is kept for up to 2 weeks, after which it is destroyed.
If the application encounters an error where it closes unexpectedly (a crash), we may record a crash record; You can choose not to participate in the privacy settings of the OruxMaps application.
OruxMaps uses cookies on our websites to provide you with a consistent experience while using the website and to identify you while you are logged into your account. In addition, cookies help provide analytics to understand how the service is used to make improvements.
The OruxMaps applications use a variety of services built into the device, and those services may have access to personal data, covered by the device's own Privacy Policy.
We may share your information with third parties that provide services to OruxMaps. These service providers will only have access to information necessary to provide limited functions on our behalf. They are necessary to keep your information safe.
When you access some maps and services, the service provider will know the IP address and other details of the browser or that these maps are being accessed from OruxMaps, but nothing that matches yours personally.
