For some time now livetracking to mapmytracks doesnt work for me and a frind.
Is that a known problem?
As a mapmytracks plus user it still works with the mapmytracks app.
Any suggestions?

Even when wearing a watch (Android or Tizen) with heartrate indication,  it is neccessary to wear in addition a breastbelt if one wants

to record the heartrate on  oruxmaps.

It would be very convenient if Oruxmaps could read the heartrate from the watch or from Samsung Health in the device where the heartrate

is already stored.

Is there any chance to add that feature in Oruxmaps?

Is there a chance that you might include an indication of the two tire pressures of the bike?

At present time I use BLE TPMS VC601 to monitor the tyre pressure with an app from google play store.

But they are ment for a car with 4 wheels.

It would be convenient to have the 2 indicators necessary for a bike on the oruxmaps display..

I am ready to send you 2 devices for free if you are interested.

Please let me know how you think about that idea.

Maybe I dont know how the OruxMaps-Server does work,

but the search function is a bit strange to me.

If I search for a city name, the result always is: no data found.

But that should be the first criterion to find a track of interest.

It is certainly too difficult to search for a gps position?

Who can enlighten me?

I cant get Ant+ to work properly in version 6.5.0b

I have to search for Ant+ sensors each time I start

the version new. But even then it is not reliable.

Version 6.5.0Orc6 still works fine with regards to Ant+.

Is there a limit for multitracking concerning participants?

We intent to equip about 40 bike participants with mobile phones

and Oruxmaps for a benefit ride.

Do you think that could work?

I upload my tracks to Oruxmaps for some time now.

While trying to restore a recent track I cant find my stored tracks

since 9th of February.

Do I do something wrong or arent tracks stored there anymore?

Thanks to BlueStacks I run Oruxmaps on my PC.

There it is very interesting to see where my friend is just

biking while I am at home.

For that I have to start GPS, but there is no GPS connected

to the PC.

Obviously Oruxmaps chooses a certain position as location.

What in Oruxmaps determines the position?

Is there a way to change that?

Delighted to have Oruxmaps.

Is there a way to edit a track in the Oruxmaps database e.g. delete a segment?

I forgot to switch off record while entering a train. Now the static is spoilt.

All symbols on the maps of my S4Active are now very small. I played already with mapsforge scale - without success.

How could I get them bigger?

Brouter doesn't seem to work in the

Beta Version 5.5.19 beta 8.

Is it only a problem in the german version?

Version 5.5.18 is ok so far.

Oruxmas offers to make screenshots by clicking status on the map screen.

The screenshots are stored then in the Oruxmaps directory.

But unfortunately on my S4 Active the size is between 2 and 3 MB.

Usually screenshots are just 50 - 500 kb in size.

Again my question: Is there a way to limit the size?

That topic has been dealt with already in the old forum,

but I still do not get it to work.

I click setup, multitracking, registering

Then I added my friends name and email adress

in send position and fetch position

and clicked synchronize.

My friend did the same.

But without avail.

Who can help?

Because another methode doesn't work,

I click STATUS on Oruxmaps when I need

a screenshot.

But the png files are always quite huge (3MB).

Is there a way to get them smaller without

changing the camera settings?
