Title: Interface transparency

Option "Hide dashboard wake-up button". Make the button invisible.

Option "Transparent statusbar". Removes the lable "status" from statusbar and makes statusbar background is completely transparent.

What I would REALLY like to see is a more transparent interface. Not all of us use the Oruxmaps on tablets and large-screen phones. On a smaller phones the interface theme is really not ideal. Button background should be transparent with a monochrome black icons, possibly with a white shadow for a better visibility on the dark maps. A similar transparent theme for the dashboard would be great!

I know you can hide the buttons but that's really not convenient if you use them often.
