Title: Special sign "#160;" within text-to-speech
Post by: jonny-blue on April 13, 2014, 05:50:41 PM
Hi Orux,

it's just a minor issue ... but because it's a beta  ;) :

After switching from beta 7 to beta 10 the transformation of the time is now correct.

But now within the distance there are strange signs "#" and ";" which are transformed / announced via speech :(

But nevertheless ... every beta of OruxMaps is better than a lot of other "released" apps ...    8-)

Hi,

which locale (language) do you use with oruxmaps?

Just tried it with settings to "en" ... but it's the same:

Always a "#160;" is "spoken" within the distance string ... maybe it's a problem with charset?
