Title: Variable color for tracks
Post by: catalin74 on June 12, 2014, 09:09:09 AM
Hi,

I miss one feature in Oruxmaps, variable color for displaying tracks/routes.

Mainly for slope, red downhill, yellow flat, blue uphill, and inbetween shades to see how steep is it.

For me it helps a lot to look at the track and see at a glance what's coming next, uphill or downhill, how steep and how long is it. Especially when cycling.

Thank you.

in the old days that information was on the map. somebody knows a map with that information offline, like michelin?

Openstreetmap has incline information, but frankly it's a mess. Openandromaps includes only "up" and "down" information.
