Title: Lock screen (disable touch for problems with rain and sweat)

....sorry for my bad english...:(((

I practice mountain bike and my phone is exposed to rain and sweat: I want to have the view of oruxmap in real time but the screen with touch disable (raindrops and sweat generate unwanted commands on the screen)

There is a remedy?
