Should I make one file for each/one day with all zoom level's
Or should I make file for each/one zoom level with all day's?
I do belive that is difference. Much more when use thise file of map's with ORUX.

Use a PC tool, like MOBAC, and create as large maps with all zoom levels as you need (under 3,5gb aprox, if your sdcard file system is a fat32).
If not, create smaller overlaped maps, each one with all the zoom levels you need.
The map size is determined by the level of the more detailed zoom level; is a geometric progression.
