Title: v. 6.5.0 BT heart rate sensor setup bug: missing entries

After ugrading from v. 6.0.10 to 6.5.0 I tried to install a BT 4.0 heart rate sensor.

This worked after a while but when I checked the entries for calories burnt in the sensor setup I found only the optional "heart rate max" and "O2max" but not the essential entries for weight and age. According to the english manual they should still show up there!
