Title: Abort / Program crash when downloading multi layer maps

I was trying to download a map consisting of an OSM map and OpenSeaMap "Verbundkarte".

I tried the combination with Mapnik and with 4U maps as OSM source.

Both combinations get stuck while downloading and finally stop and crash the whole app.

Restarting the download will only add 100-300 tiles "Segmente" and crash again.

I checked on two phones.

the latest changes did it.

Thanks a lot!

Please also alter the predefined multi layer map for OSM and OpenSeaMap - It does not work properly. Other combinations of OSM and OpenSeaMap work great now.
