Title: how to locate a point on the map from its coordinates ?
Post by: Alamyr on November 06, 2021, 02:35:04 PM
Hello,
I'm looking for the function that allows you to position the pointer on a place whose I know geographic coordinates
If this feature exists, someone could tell me where I can find it.
Thanks in advance

The only way i know, is "Create Waypoint".
There, give it a name, then tap and edit Latitude/Longitude.
Then it is show as a waypoint on the map.

Add from the settings a button labeled "Move map to xy coordinates".

Hello Alamyr,
in the classic user interface:
top button bar - map - center map or
navigation drawer (swipe in from left margin) - maps - center map

in the unified interface:
navigation drawer - maps - move the map to a point

The simplest thing is to put the button directly on the keypad. There you have different coordinate systems to enter.
