I do use offline brouter to create nice tracks, works great. Sometimes if there is no path (e. g. along the beach) one can use straight lines as a replacement, again great! But those straight line parts sadly are not counted for as part of the whole distance. Partly it works, the km distances along straight parts are counted correctly with km marks, but not within the track statistics.
To reproduce: Simply draw a straight line between two points using brouter offline of some km distance. You'll get marks for each single km, but track statistics reports a total of 0km.
Fix would be nice, but I admit that my problem really is a minor one.
Regards, Michael
The elevation gain and loss and the heights (highest/lowest point on route) of these straight lines is also not added to the statistics.
