Title: May I create a off-line map from exist off-line map?

Hi there,

I knew this is a odd requirement but I have a BIG off-line map now, it work fine but slowly only, I am wondering if I can create a other smaller off-line one from this BIG off-line map that might speed up my cell phone and save my valuable battery power on the wild mountain, thanks anyway!

Not all map formats are the same. What map format is it?

Honestly, I am not sure what map format exactly, I check property of map file that extend name is "map", thanks anyway!
