I did it, but it is not a reason.
Fresh install on other device no has a problem.
Is there a way to full reinstall app without lost settings?

Hello;
you can save current settings as a profile, with name. Then you can reinstall the app, and load again that profile.
have you tested maps-->map tweaks-->refresh tiles? The tiles you see will be downloaded again.
and reset raster cache is only for vectorial maps; for online maps you must 'reset online cache'

Sorry, I don't see a "refresh tiles"?

Which kind of online maps (added in onlinemapsources.xml, WMS,...)?

I reinstall OruxMaps and remove OruxMapsCacheImages.db from oruxmaps/mapfiles. No more of this problem.
