I have 2 smarphones one with Android Marshmallow and the other with Android Oreo
Same version of OruxMaps (7.2.14 Donate) , same profile on both and same gpx file
Mesure distances in Oreo doesn't work, Marshmallow OK
My Devices :
Honor 6 with Marshmallow
Huawei P10 with Oreo
I find out that I have to clear Oruxmaps data on android apps settings to get measure distance working again.
But today I couldn't measure distances again !
And I had to clear data once more. Seems that this bug appears randomly.

Explain what do you mean with measure distances (with the rule or along a track), and what you do/see.

I had measure distances along the tracks not working.
I mean no display of the distance on the screen using the tool in route menu.

You may not have seen the message that appears, the distance and time are displayed 3 seconds, in a message. at the bottom of the display, each time you tap a point. You can tap consecutive points, and a new message is displayed.

Unfortunately, it's not the case.
The mesure of the distance along track is working well for some time and after it disapears.
N. B.: I updated to version 7.3.1 and until now I didn't notice this bug again.
Version 7.3.1 and 7.3.2 are still buggy
Downloaded this morning v.7.3.4 Donate
"Measure distances" in route tool is a bit different, the measure is shown at the center of the screen.
It's better for readability.

Don't you see the distance in the middle of the display? Or only the first?

The tool work well for a while but after some time the distance in the middle of the display disappear.
This usually happens after I stop and reopen Oruxmaps 4 or 5 times.
(In HUAWEI devices you can stop easily an app from running)
