I would suggest that onlinemapsources.xml is separated so each mapsource is in its own xml file.
That would allow easier maintenance and simpler procedure to add or remove mapsource: instead of editing single xml file, users could just copy ready made xml configuration for specific map.
This would also open space for option within OruxMaps to create or edit such onlinempasource configuration file.
