[App Backup & Restore]

Is there a possibility (App?) to backup Oruxmaps with changed settings?

I tried it without success with App Backup & Restore and rooted Titanium Backup.

 Every time i restored Oruxmaps my settings were lost and i had to reset them.

Could you please tell me, where OruxMaps actually stores customwaypoints?

Oruxmaps says, customwaypoints are stored in the file customwpts (/storage/emulated/0/oruxmaps/customwpts/).

But when i open this file, i can see, that the content of this file doesn't change, regardless of whether i store any waypoint or many.

I also want to store waypoints without a track.

Yes,i tried your suggestion and it did not work.

The same problem occurs when i use google-maps as an online-mapsource.

Sorry, i forgot to tell you the online-map i used.

I used "VEC:Mapnik->mapsforge"

I use a smart-phone with a resolution of 1080 lines (Samsung Galaxy S5) .

When i install maps whith Oruxmaps (not with MOBAC) street-names for example are shown so tiny, that i have to use the digitale-zoom to read them.

Can you please tell me, where and how i can adjust  the representation ( i.d. increase the number of pixels per symbol)?

Has anyone found a method to rename an already downloaded map?

I could rename maps successfully within 2  file-managers "astro" and "OI", but when i opened Orux afterwards names hadn`t been changed.
