Can anyone please help ? I still like to see this feature.

Text to speech is very nice for waypoints, but with my device (Galaxy S3) much too quiet in noisy enviropnment.

currently, there is a general waypoint alarm sound, and waypoint text-to-speech.

In noisy environments (bike ride) spoken text messages are hard to understand.



Would it be possible to have individual waypoint sounds ?

For instance, I like to make special sounds meaning "left right straight" and so on, and assign them to waypoints.

These sound could be like morse code (short beeps) and can have a clear pitch (abt. 800Hz) which is optimal audible.



One Idea: If waypoint text is something like *.mp3 , for instance a self made left.mp3, then this sound is played from text-to-speech function,

rather then speak the waypoint text "left.mp3" .

maybe I only missed the exact setup and it is already possible:



Turn on Display on Waypoints ( or Waypoint alarm ).



I hope you know what I mean: You reach a point where you have to take a look at the display,

so it should be possible to have an option to turn on the display automatically if a waypoint is reached or near.



The same effect as if I turn on display manually: See the map, GPS position refreshes, see my position and the track.
