now I found it. I couldn't see the exported file as I connected the tablet with my PC. But after a restart I saw it.

February 15, 2014, 10:18:11 AMfirst of all thank you for this great app. I only have a problem in exporting my waypoints. The folder customwpts is always empty. I use version 5.5.16b on Nexus 7.
