The way Wear apps are now published has changed. Now the add-ons that belong to an app installed on the phone are no longer automatically installed.

Now it is controlled by Google, which requires a COMPREHENSIVE review of Wear apps. The OruxMaps one is in process (It has been rejected 5 times, I don't know if I will want to try again if they reject it again).

That's very unfortunate. I hope you find the energy to go through with this process since OruxMaps is a perfect companion on the wrist for quick stats and map checks.

Does anybody have a Galaxy Watch 4? Does it work for you?

Is there still an OruxMaps Wear OS component or not in 8.5.1 GP? I don't see the option to download it from the watch's app store either by searching for it and neither via the "apps on my phone" section. I tried to force sideload it via Wear Installer, but it said no watch component was found.

Is this perhaps an issue with Wear OS 3.0? I don't have any other watches to try on, but I understand some apps are still not compatible with this new release and don't show up in the store.
