Thanks! It works! Time to uninstall Locust

Hoped Oruxmaps 5.5.22 would solve our problem but unfortunately not



For now I have to use LocusMaps

And the alps, france and  balkan all from openandromaps.

I have exactly the same problem on my iOcean G7 which also is octacore and Android 4.2.2

I downloaded some maps from openadromaps and placed the map file in ..oruxmapsmapfiles*.map

I can select the map in oruxmaps but after about 5 seconds Oruxmaps crashes and just disappears..



Any ideas on what is causing this??
