Je hebt gelijk dat de kaarten veelal best gedetailleerd zijn, maar voor de bergen, in dit geval West-Alpen, grensgebied Italië/Frankrijk kan dat beter, vandaar.

Met de ontwikkelaar heb ik reeds contact opgenomen maar dat heeft niets opgeleverd.

The Android app offers the facility of subscribing to high resolution maps. Monthly €1.09 of yearly €9,49, which very reasonable indeed. However it does not work: I took a monthly subscription but when I want to order, I get an error (in Dutch): "  Fout Je bestelling wordt verwerkt. het item is over enkele minuten beschikbaar. Which says as much as : "Error  Your order is being processed, your item will be available in some minutes". But nothing happens. i contacted Google Playstore for this problem but to no avail.

Does anyone have  a solution for this problem?

Is there any other may to get hold of these maps?

Have tried to download the Freizeitkarte_ALP+WEST.map via the link: http://freizeitkarte-osm.de/android/en/gebirge.html">http://freizeitkarte-osm.de/android/en/gebirge.html using the ORUX-button, but keep on getting the error: invalid file size:130469603. There is 2.1 GB freespace on my Samsung A5 (2016), Android 6.0.1

When I first download the file to my PC (I get no error) and upload it to my phone I succeed in filling ../oruxmaps/mapfiles/ but when refreshing I still get the error indicating invalid file size.

However I can still see the map but the level of detail is not at all to my satisfaction. Anyone familiar with error? Could it be related to the poor level of detail?

Any Ideas?
