It was no oruxmaps issue. The problem was caused by the installation of Lineage-OS. Any missing formatting or wipe out step. I repeated the whole procedure and everything is fine now.

Hi,



I installed lineage os 14.1 (android 7.1) on a old sgs2. I cannot change the map path in the settings.



By default it points to /dev/null/oruxmaps/mapfiles.



When I try to change it, then a endless loop seems to happen. It popups "Loading" but this doesnt end.



The same happens with the DEM data, of course.



I tested with oruxmaps 7.1 and oruxmaps 6.5. No difference. The app has the Memory permission enabled.



Which path/symlink is expected by oruxmaps on the device for the default settings?

Or any other hints?
