The solution is to install another location provider, see https://www.oruxmaps.com/foro/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=16799&p=30516#p30516">//https://www.oruxmaps.com/foro/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=16799&p=30516#p30516.

I partially solved the problem by installing Unified Network Location Provider (https://github.com/microg/android_packages_apps_UnifiedNlp">//https://github.com/microg/android_packages_apps_UnifiedNlp) and the Nominatem Geocoder Backend (https://github.com/microg/NominatimGeocoderBackend">//https://github.com/microg/NominatimGeocoderBackend). Now address search works in OruxMaps!  :D

On my Google-free smartphone (running FairphoneOpen 18.10.0) OruxMaps works generally fine, but I whenever I search for an address, the only answer is "No address found". The problem is not new (https://www.oruxmaps.com/foro/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=3985&p=10258&hilit=search+address#p10258">//https://www.oruxmaps.com/foro/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=3985&p=10258&hilit=search+address#p10258), but it's really a pity, because I need this function regularly.

Therefore, I suggest to make the address search provider configurable. Two options would be OSM (https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Nominatim">//https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Nominatim) and Bing (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/bingmaps/rest-services/locations/find-a-location-by-address">//https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/bingmaps/rest-services/locations/find-a-location-by-address). Multiple providers would also be beneficial on phones with Google Play Services as it gives users the option of crosschecking.
