Added auto zoom with speed (configurable speeds and zoom levels between which it will vary). Added button to adjust map to a specific level defined by user. It's in the left side panel > Maps. There are two new buttons that can be added to the side buttons.

I don't understand  ... where is this in menu?

ERRORES/BUGS / Not a bug, but a suggestion ...
May 24, 2024, 12:26:00 AM
I recently witnessed a serious cycling accident where we had to call a doctor and an ambulance. I used the Oruxmaps to send the location of the accident to the doctor, but there was a problem, because the doctor could not open the link (he was opening the Oruxmaps link without app) and because he did not see that the message contained basically two links to display location on the map (Google maps and Oruxmaps) . The message with all the coordinates and the text is very opaque, so with a bad experience from a real situation, I would suggest that the message contains only text - for example: 'Open in Google maps' and 'Open in Oruxmaps' and, if someone needs it, 'Copy coordinates'.

It would be small but big improvement of using app to make this message somehow more transparent and understandable also to non-users of the Oruxmaps application.

I hope my opinion will be useful.

thnx

minor thing, but please make the color of steeper slopes more different (>20% should be black)

Perfect solution in 10.5.7 version.
Thank you.

I don't know if I understand the answer well. what does slope have to do with zoom? 20% slope is 20% at any zoom level, isn't it?

I am attaching two examples - Orux and Mytourbook. The marked section is a 20% slope - the difference how it is ploted is obvious.

The issue is of course minor - however, when I receive/download a route and evaluate it at a glance, I can immediately see where there is a serious climb.

minor improvement - please, make slope color more distinct in color. dark red and black should be used above 10 (15?) degree incline, becouse really steep slopes are not very visible on map. thank you.

Is it possible? NO?, YES? (how?)    :-\

just a thought - maybe it would be better to use flags for languages.
