Not working WMS

Hi, I tried to use some WMSs with Oruxmaps but without success. I use the same with JOSM and they work fine, so the server works, albeit slowly, especially the first one. On the other hand I managed to configure Oruxmaps with other WMSs successfully, so I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.

The URLs are:
