Import Data in an Excel Spreadsheet

I would like to import the gpx data in an Excel spreadsheet to see more detailed heart rate graphs.



Can anyone teach me how to do this Or send me a spreadsheet model ??



I try to import the data but I can not separate properly. :oops:
