How to add ByWaymap.com to Orux ?

I kindly ask help about how to add this map:

To the Oruxmaps On-line map list.



I read about editing the onlinemapsources.xml file but I'm too dumb to find the right parameters for the ByWay map.

Any help welcomed, thanking in advance.
