Tulip Diagrams on Oruxmaps?

Hi everyone,



I have been using Oruxmaps for a while now and find it very useful. One thing I would like to be able to do is add http://www.historicroadrally.co.uk/hrcr/navigation/tulips.htm">tulip diagrams to a cycling route to show me where to go when I reach a junction.



I understand I should be able to do this using custom waypoint icons saved into the customwpts folder and then setting a proximity alarm on the waypoint to alert me when I approach the junction.



I have a few questions:



1) Will all the waypoint icons always be shown over the top of the map, or can I switch them off so I can see the map underneath?

2) How can I associate the waypoints with the custom icons to a route?

3) Can I store the route and the waypoints with custom icons in a single file to send to other people? If I export with KML or KMZ format, will all the custom icons be saved as part of the export file, or would the PNG files also need to be copied into the customwpts folder of the other person's Oruxmaps?

Hello,



1.-you can show the wpts. as a dot (settings--waypoints).



2.-if you have created custom types, when you create a new wpt. the new types are available in the list view.



3.-it is not possible in current version, I will work in next version to add the option to export the icons inside a kmz file.

1.-puede mostrar los wpts. como un punto (ajustes - waypoints).

2.-Si ha creado tipos personalizados, cuando se crea un nuevo WPT. los nuevos tipos están disponibles en la vista de lista.

3.-no es posible en la versión actual, voy a trabajar en la próxima versión de añadir la opción de exportar los iconos dentro de un archivo KMZ.

Los wpts personalizados yo los agrego en un kmz y se ven bien.

Bajar archivo y copiarlo en la carpeta OruxMaps/tracklog para ver ejemplo
