Not getting HR with Wear Device

Hi,
I have a Watch with WearOS were I installed OruxMaps (Mi Watch).
Tried today and it worked quite fine to record the track with GPS data.

However it does not record the HR information from the Built In HR.
There is one option to use "Bpm from wear device" that I tried but without luck.

In Logs I don't see anything that looked like the app trying to read HR sensor.
Does this option only works when orux is installed in phone and companion App in watch?

If this is the case I would not mind helping testing/debuging to making it work when the app is directly installed in the watch.
The code to read HR shall be the same that you already have for the companion App.
