How to save an offline POI search result

I'm using since year this app.
I'm puzzled how to save an offline POI search result?
The only overlay options I find are how to create my own, delete, load or hide it.
My current revision is 7.4.28.

Hello, it is not possible in your free version
If possible in the oruxmaps GP version, (only payment for life)
You can save the search, use it as a layer, add it to a path and much more, there is a world between both versions in my opinion.
