INEGI maps

Hello,



I've read that INEGI are perhaps the best maps of Mexico; they certainly look great.  I also read that they have been imported into Open Street Maps:

My question is how do I get them on Orux?  I don't see them in the Online selections within the app.  



If they are not already available (Baja del Norte specifically) then which download format do I want from INEGI: BIL, ASCII, or GRID?
