Hi,

I had ORUX on my Android 6 phone, with map files (.xml and .db) in SD CARDORUXMAPSmapfileslocal Hiking.

I had to get a new phone, came with And. 7, upgraded itself to And.8.0 then 8.1.

The maps directory appears in the Oruxmaps "Configuration-->maps" as "Root/storage/6436-6632/oruxmaps/mapfiles/local Hiking".

Problem: when I select "switch maps" --"OFFLINE" the map file above is not shown, even after clicking the refresh (?) key (2 round arrows in a circle).

What could I be doing wrong?

Thanks!

Hello;

you have to select the path: "Root/storage/6436-6632/oruxmaps/mapfiles/"

do not include the map itself.

then refresh the map list, in the map selector view, if you don't see the map,
