Attach a waypoint from database to a trace ??

Hi,

At first I would like to thanks all guys working on this very nice App, Congrats !!

So, I'm able to load a trace on the map.
Now, I would like to add some WP already stored in database.
When I add them, I see them on the map
But when I clear the trace and then re-load the trace, these WP are not include to the trace.

Tell me pse how can I attach a WP in database to a trace ??
This WP could be attach to several traces.
