one shot button to send point or traces or kml

I write from Italy, I'm a newbie, I've don't found, a practical function to export or send easyly a waypoint or a kml, or to it send via mail. Is there one?  I found the folder position created by OM in my fonepad asus very difficult to locate and manage, I'm wrong? i come from the little app called  maverick and it does it.
