Tilvio

Good morning to everybody.

I am new of the forum. My name is Silvio and I am a poor Italian cyclist.

I love OruxMaps but I don't understand where I am wrong.

If I want to plan a route I do:

- Search Route

- I choose 2 points

- OruxMaps finds me a route.

But if I go in Statistics it give me altitude = zero (constant).

However in 3D maps it makes me correctly see the reliefs of the ground...

Where am I wrong?

Thanks

Hi,

The routing server does not send the point altitudes.

I will add this feature in the future, using another feature (track altitude correction).

Workaround for routes created with Brouter:

Export the route, then import it again to get altitudes.

See this excellent Oruxmaps/BRouter video tutorial for details:

This is great!!! It works perfectly.

I would add that BRouter is necessary. It doesn't works without BRouter.

Thank you.

Ciao.
