Do not see the newly created file, if no rebooting Android

I was again resubmitted this bug, also on Motorola Moto G, the same problem seen on other smartphones such as LG; it happens that do not appear newly created files (tracks or photos), connecting via the MTP USB  the device to a PC.

It seems this is a problem with the app developed with the Java API's
