Live online tracking using TrackMe protocol

Hi,



So far I have been using TrackMe [1] for self-hosted live online tracking. TrackMe provides a PHP server application for starting/stopping tracks/activities and handling location updates. It uses HTTP with a simple protocol to communicate with the server. I am not sure if there is much demand for this, but personally, I would love to see OruxMaps be able to log to my TrackMe server.



I could help with the protocol, if you need that!

I am working on a new server (a Wordpress plugin, actually) that supports both TrackMe and MapMyTracks, and a number of other ways to get tracks into the database.
