Where are saved the data from sensors? In the GPX?

Sensors: Heart Rate Monitor, Foot Pod, Bike Speed Sensor and Cadence Sensor.

What program can generate statistics from these data?

Yes;



the sensors data can be exported in the gpx file.



You can see statistics if you upload the gpx to mapmytracks.com, for example.
