track will not record

running v.7.5.9 on galaxy S9+ andriod 10

when I try and record a trail , the recorder will switch on and stay on , however the recording will be stopped immediately and all figures will be 0 ( i.e. 0 time , 0 distance , no speed , etc )

Have been using Oruxmaps for years and never had such an issue .

any help will be appreciated

Check that you are using the version downloaded from Google Play.
