Hello everyone,

I love Orux application and i'd like to find a hard support to input Orux.
In fact, right now i use my phone to do Mountain Bike but i dont' want to break my phone if i fall, so i am looking for a real GPS (strong, hight battery, hight GPS signal ...) to input Orux software.

Do you know some stuff to do that?

Thanks :)

My requirment :
- Bright and contasted screen to be as much readable as possible under the sun
- Barometer capter
- Long life battery or you have to use a power bank or solar charger
- Low resolution screen (small DPI) because I use raster maps
- Unbreakable if possible
- Not too expensive

Hardware :

- Blackview BV6000. Good
- Oukitel WP1. Better
- Ulfone Armor 2...

to fulfill our (different) needs , even with expensive mobiles fones it gets complicated.

the main problem imho is that we have no sufficient test reports regarding the GPS capabilities / accuracy when used in the field or under "difficult" conditions.

for MTB, i suspect you also need a device which is not too big or too heavy.

an option here is to use a cheap / protected phone together with am external bluetooth gps receiver

regarding the "navi" phone, it gets more complecated with these questions :
* does the navi/phone also needs to have a good camera
* do you want to use the navi/phone for calls in case of an emergency? for this, the SAR value should be (very) high and it has to support many communication freq.bands and dual sim so you can use 2 different communication networks.
