Unwanted changes to my route

Hi, sorry for what's probably a complete newbie question.



I've created a map with RidewithGPS (15837238).



When I open it in OruxMaps, the route is changed so that rather than going along the roads I've plotted, the app is trying to send me along an indirect route along cycle paths.



Is there a preference I can turn on to tell it to stick to where I'm wanting to go, or do I have to add in waypoints in ridewithgps?
