Position resuming to center of map when zooming

Hello

I've created a .mbtiles map with tiles on only two zoom levels (8 and 15) because I don't want the .mbtiles file to be too large.

My issue: when I'm browsing the map with GPS off, starting at zoom level 8, then zooming through the empty zoom levels, when I reach zoom level 15, the position is resuming to the map's center.

Is that an issue with the application or with my .mbtiles file?

I'm using Oruxmaps 6.5.10 on Android 6.0.1
