Load POI files in GPX format

Hello! I'm a user from the Pro Version of thew Oruxmaps. And I have on my OM the Garmin map installed. Map ok.
But in my Garmin device (gps device) I have a Custom POI's who advice me for Speed Cams, policy stations, etc. In the Garmin, I use the POI Loader to charge the GPX file inside my device, set the proximity alarm and when aprouch a Speed Cam, the Monterra play a song and show's up on my screen (SPEED CAM 60 for example).
There is a way to load this files in OM?
