Acces_background_location is required - no possibility to save track activity

Hi
I use your app few years. It is very usefull application. Thank you for that application.
I got new smartphone Realme 7 with Android 11 and currently I cannot save track my activity in Oruxmaps.
After I click on track button I get information : Acces_background_location is required - no possibility to save track activity -but I set proper setting for Oruxmaps
Are you help in this matter?

The screenshot that you show is not the solution.
Android configuration-->Applications-->OruxMaps-->Permisions-->Location-->Allow ALWAYS

If you do not allow the app to receive the locations always it will not work properly when the app is in background,
