How to Upload/Add OLD tracks (from .db) to cloud-based provides (strava/alltrail

Hi - I have been using OruxMaps for years with great pleasure.

However, I want my tracks online, accessible and shareable, and have been exploring Alltrails (former gpsies) and Strava as these seem to integrate in some way.

What I found so far is that NEW tracks can be added fairly simply to Strava (automated) and that Alltrails allows to manually upload individual tracks (I lose time/date/stats then - which is a drag).

ANY experiences or recommendations what to use and how to get the full info consolidated in one space? Hablo el espanol tambien si prefieras responder en castellano.
