Copier un fichier sur un autre téléphone__Copy a file to another phone

Bonjour
J'ai un tracé de route avec des jalons, que je souhaiterais copier sur un autre téléphone.
1) Je copie le fichier sur mon ordinateur.
2) Je récupère mon fichier sur mon autre téléphone que je mets dans le dossier "tracklog" (qui est vide)
3) Mon fichier, se met bien dans le dossier.
4) Mais quand je l'ouvre, je n'ai pas las jalons du fichier que j'ai copié, j'ai les anciens jalons (que j'ai beau supprimer, je n'ai plus de jalons dans la liste mais ils sont toujours sur le tracé)
Je n'y comprends rien

I have a route plan with milestones, which I would like to copy to another phone.
1) I copy the file to my computer.
2) I get my file on my other phone that I put in the "tracklog" folder (which is empty)
3) My file, goes well in the folder.
4) But when I open it, I don't have the milestones from the file that I copied, I have the old milestones (which I deleted, I have no more milestones in the list but they are still on the plot)
I do not understand anything
