Oruxmaps AM: no more updates?

Hello everyone!
I bought the app on the Amazon app store, which is updated to version 9.6.3.
However, I noticed that the version on the Google Play store has changed to version 10.
Is the AM version no longer up to date?
Do I have to buy the app for the second time to get the latest version?
