Hello ,

My name is Christian and I am the developer of AIS Share app.

With this app it is possible to use a cheap USB DVB-T dongle as real radio AIS receiver.

So really offline AIS reception.

Then my app decode the received AIS messages into NMEA0183 strings ( !AIVDM )

and send this messages via Network (UDP/TCP)

I added TCP support, last week because a lot of users asking me to use ORUXMAP in combination with my app.

It is working with TCP now, but  I think on my side I have to improve the TCP server code, I am not satisfied yet.

Question would be if you could implement UDP as a AIS source as well ?

Can support you with example code.
